Does 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS Run in the Cloud?
No. It’s integrated with the 3DEXPERIENCE cloud platform but it’s still a desktop application. It’s the same SOLIDWORKS existing users are familiar with. However, users log in when using 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS – meaning the licence is available to them wherever they need to run SOLIDWORKS.
We don't all need SOLIDWORKS but I'd like everyone on 3DEXPERIENCE
We’re only showing the main options with SOLIDWORKS included – but companies can purchase different tools and just basic 3DEXPERIENCE access for their team members. Please contact us and we can provide full information.
How long do orders take to process?
Normally one working day – though we aim to process within a couple of hours within the working day wherever possible.
I'm Not Sure I Need 3DEXPERIENCE
For smaller businesses and consultants, the idea sharing and project management tools in 3DEXPERIENCE may be less useful. However, 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS also gives access to 3DCreator (parametric) and 3DSculptor (SubD) cloud modellers – which extend your toolset.
Isn't 3DEXPERIENCE really complex?
3DEXPERIENCE includes a really wide range of tools – and some people may see it as complicated. However, all key areas and applications are easy to access – and the UI can be customised to match your needs.
For teams, it’s really worth taking a little time to understand the features within 3DEXPERIENCE – as there are some incredibly useful collaboration and productivity tools built in.
